Aluminium mobile Scaffolding - The most common uses for Aluminium Mobiles includes sign installations, painting, electrical work and plastering. The scaffold is designed for quick and easy access that suits everybody from the home owner to commercial builders. Mobiles are the quickest, easiest and most versatile form of scaffolding. They are a light duty scaffold that are rated to a maximum of 450kgs per bay. The mobiles come in a range of sizes, from .800mm to 3meters long.
System Scaffold — We have introduced a new system to enable you to have the benefits of a steel scaffold with the ease and light weight features of aluminium. This system is a walk through system where you will have no interference when working from one end to the other. The possibilities you can do with this system are endless and will suit 90% of all your requirements. Common uses are for rendering, perimeter scaffolds with edge protection, re roofing, building inside confined spaces and just about every other application that you can think of.
Edge Protection — Edge protection these days is a major part of working safely at heights. Our edge protection is unique in which we can provide one bracket to accommodate varying pitched roofs which can be adjusted to suit. It is imperative that we have a quick and effective work system to ensure the safety of all the workers whilst they are on the roof. Our safety rail is one of the quickest and easiest systems on the market with the added ability to use this as a first floor edge protection as well. Our system meets the AS/NZS 4994.1 2020 & AS1657, 1992 Safety standards. It is fast, simple and durable and is tool less for installation and dismantle. We have light weight components without giving up strength that you require.

Single Width (S/W) Towers
These towers take one platform only at any one level. The S/W aluminium mobile tower is ideal for narrow access work as it fits through standard doorways as well as taking up the minimum amount of space in corridors, on pavements and other public areas.
Double Width (D/W) Towers
The D/W range of towers, so called because two platforms can be located side by side at any one level, is ideal for most internal-external building maintenance.
The D/W range has been specifically designed and manufactured to meet the needs of the 'finishing' trades, where mobility, fast assembly and lightness are important.

Square Towers
These mobile aluminium scaffold towers are most used where large work areas are required.
The square range provides free standing work platforms up to 9.0m high and is quick and easy to move. They Provide access for ceiling fixing, painting, sprinkler assembly & ducting installation.
Truss Base Frame
The Truss Base Frame (TBF) permits the maximum height benefit of using a three meter square base with reduced equipment, as only D/W equipment is required.
The reduced components assist in ease of handling and maneuverability. The Tower itself can be located centrally for overhead work or flush to one side for wall or facia work.
The TBF is ideal where height is essential but a large work area is not.
Folda-Frame
This is a 'ship-in-a-bottle' type aluminium frame will go anywhere a worker goes. Fitting through manholes down to 0.45m diameter and unfolding to give a standard double width frame.
These frames have been designed for those difficult access areas and are ideal for boilers, tanks, shafts, etc.
The Folda-Frame system is used for refineries, wineries, breweries, dairies, chemical works, etc., for routing and emergency maintenance and repairs, as it is quick and safe to erect and dramatically reduces shutdown times.
V-X Folding Bases
The V-X units are available in S/W or D/W and fold out from 0.25 to 1.8m, 2.4m or 3.0m long, complete with castors and braces.
These aluminium mobile bases units are compatible with all other standard Instant Alloy Scaffolding D/W or S/W frames.
V-X Bases are ideal for low level work, where security and noise ban be a problem, such as shopping malls, hospitals, libraries, etc. A great work platform for the individual tradesman.
